Our Mobile Ambulance Service is the cornerstone of our health program, providing emergency transportation and medical assistance to those in need. Our ambulances are equipped with the latest medical equipment and staffed by experienced medical professionals trained to handle various emergencies. We believe
that timely access to medical care is a basic human fundamental, and our mobile ambulance service is an important way for us to make that right a reality. Our service
operates in urban and rural areas, reaching underserved communities lacking healthcare facilities. We prioritize emergency cases, providing life-saving care and transporting patients to hospitals for further treatment.
In addition to emergency services, our Mobile Ambulance Service also offers non-emergency medical transportation for patients who require regular medical check-ups or appointments. This service ensures that patients who require regular medical attention can access the care they need without the burden of transportation costs. At HAYAT, we are committed to providing accessible and affordable healthcare services to underserved communities. Our Mobile Ambulance Service is a vital component of our mission, and we will continue to expand our reach to ensure that more people can access the care they
need.
Our Mobile Clinic Service program is designed to provide primary
medical care and health education to underserved communities in remote and hard-toreach areas. Our team of doctors, nurses, and other medical staff travel to these communities with a fully equipped medical van to provide various services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings for diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis. We also offer referrals for further medical attention as needed. Our goal is to improve access to healthcare and promote healthy behaviors in these communities, ultimately reducing the prevalence of preventable diseases and improving overall health outcomes.
We believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right, and we are
committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their socio-economic status or ability to pay, has access to quality medical care. In addition to providing medical care, our mobile clinics also serve as a platform for health education and awareness-raising on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. Our team works closely with community leaders and local health authorities to understand the specific health needs of each community we serve and to develop customized health education and outreach programs. We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved communities and building a healthier, more resilient Afghanistan.
Our maternal and child health program aims to improve the health and well-being of mothers and children. We provide prenatal and postnatal care, immunizations, and health education to pregnant women and young children to reduce the prevalence of preventable diseases.
Our mental health and psychosocial support
program provides counseling and support to individuals and families affected by conflict, disasters, and other traumatic events. Our team of trained counselors and psychologists offers mental health services and referrals for further treatment when necessary.
Our blood bank program collects, processes, and distributes blood and blood products to hospitals and medical facilities. We work closely with local blood donation centers and conduct blood drives to ensure an adequate blood supply for medical emergencies.
Our drug addiction program focuses
on preventing drug abuse and supporting individuals in their recovery journey. We offer
ongoing support and resources to individuals who have completed treatment to help them maintain sobriety and to avoid relapse. We also work with local authorities and organizations to advocate for policies and programs that support addiction prevention and recovery.
Our drug addiction program offers
rehabilitation services to those struggling with addiction. We provide residential and
outpatient treatment programs that offer various services, including detoxification,
individual and group counseling, and aftercare services. We aim to help individuals achieve long-term recovery and lead healthy, drug-free lives

Monitoring and Evaluation Program

- Baseline Surveys
- Impact Evaluations
- Data Management
- Evaluate Drug Addiction program
- Learning and Knowledge Management
Our baseline surveys initially assess the communities we work with, including their demographics, health status, education levels, and other vital indicators. This information helps us to design and implement effective programs that meet the
specific needs of each community.
Our impact evaluations measure our programs' effectiveness and identify improvement areas. We use a range of data collection methods, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to assess the impact of our programs on the target communities.
Our program collects, manages, and analyzes all our programs’ data. We use data to monitor program progress, identify challenges, and make evidence-based decisions to improve our programs.
To evaluate the drug addiction program's efficacy, we will monitor the number of
individuals who finish the program and maintain a drug-free lifestyle for an extended period. Additionally, we will perform surveys to gather input from program participants, evaluate their satisfaction with program features, and identify areas for further improvement. Our M&E staff will analyze information collected from these sources to measure the program's overall effectiveness and identify future opportunities for growth.
Finally, we will employ the data we gather to report the program's impact and results to
our supporters and sponsors.
Our understanding and knowledge management program share best practices and lessons from our programs with other organizations and stakeholders. We use a range of communication channels, including workshops, webinars, and
publications, to share our experiences and contribute to the broader development community.
